The Weatherization Assistance Program

The Weatherization Program is managed by the Department of Energy. Its history, resource requirements and achievements are presented for the public at www.eere.energy.gov/weatherization/.

Evaluations of specific elements of the program are found at weatherization.ornl.gov/ as are studies of alternative technologies and techniques.The national audit tool, NEAT, is developed and maintained by ORNL.

Mobilizing non-federal funding to enhance Weatherization’s impact is encouraged and supported by law, regulation and funding.  the EOS  WeatherizationPLUS pages contain many resources to support leveraging activities.
