California Alameda Municipal Power - Residential Energy Efficiency Grant Program Multi-Family Residential, Low-Income Residential ; Weatherization: up to 80% of cost
Do-It-Yourself Weatherization: up to 70% of the cost
Maximum Incentive: Multi-family dwelling (four or more units): $480 per unit. Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) offers a grant to help residential customers with electricheat weatherize their homes. To participate in the weatherization program, customers must complete and send in a Weatherization Cash Grant Application Form with landlord signature if applicant is a tenant.

Florida City of Tallahassee Utilities - Low-Income Energy Efficiency Grant Program; Residential, Low-Income Residential; City of Tallahassee Utilities offers the Ceiling Insulation Grant Program, which encourages low-income residents to improve the energy efficiency of homes. This offering is available to utility customers in both owner-occupied and rental housing. Grants of up to $500 are available for extra ceiling insulation where the existing level is deficient. The program's target insulation levels are R-38 for homes heated with gas, and R-49 for electrically heated homes. Information-

New Jersey PSE&G - Commercial Efficiency Program - Multi-Family Residential; The PSE&G Small Business Direct Install Program provides recommended efficiency upgrades to business customers with an electric demand of less than 150 kilowatts(kW) or 40,300 kilowatt-hours (kWh) per month. PSE&G provides a walk-through energy evaluation, and a report of recommended energy efficiency improvements. PSE&G will initially cover the cost of installing the recommended energy efficiency measures. See the program web site for repayment details. Typical energy efficiency improvements available through this sub-program include: Lighting upgrades, insulation, refrigeration upgrades, and HVAC upgrades.

Oregon Lane Electric Cooperative - Residential and Commercial Weatherization Commercial, Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Low-Income Residential Lane Electric Cooperative offers energy efficient Weatherization Grant Programs to Lane Electric residential and commercial members: a residential cash grant for 25% of measure costs up to $1,000, and a commercial direct fund payment for 50% of total measure costs up to $2,500. Eligible measures include building and duct insulation, HVAC duct sealing, door and window replacements, and general air sealing. Lane Electric also offers a low income grant for weatherization measures up to $1,500. Property owners of rentals will need to make a 50% contribution to any project.

Washington Puget Sound Energy - Energy Efficiency Custom Retrofit PSE can provide a custom retrofit grant for any energy-efficiency project that meets specified cost-effectiveness criteria and other PSE program requirements. To be eligible, customers must purchase electricity and/or natural gas for commercial, industrial or other non-residential facilities from PSE at the site where the equipment or system is installed. Projects may involve HVAC systems, process improvements, heat recovery, variable speed drives and lighting upgrades. Custom retrofit grants require pre-approval and are subject to availability of incentives.

  Puget Sound Energy - Resource Conservation Manager Program Puget Sound Energy's (PSE) Resource Conservation Management (RCM) program provides incentives, training, and data services to commercial customers that wish to achieve utility cost savings through behavioral changes, occupant engagement, operational improvements, targeted facility maintenance, and attention to utility accounting. PSE provides financial incentives throughout the participation in the program based on portfolio consumption.
